Refund Policy

All bookings are non-refundable. If you cancel your booking more than 48 hours before the class or event, you will be given the balance as a credit to use for future booking(s) with Jazz Music & Dance Co. No-shows and cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will not be refunded and no credit given. There are no refunds for missed classes/events and you cannot take an alternative class to make up for one missed. Missed classes/events are forfeited.
